• she advised on M&A transactions and participated at due diligence analyses of different companies,
• she provides complex advisory to the companies from the capital group from FMCG sector,
• she advises on civil law contracts,
• she provides advisory on civil, commercial and energy law to the energy company.

 
Apart from Polish, she is fluent in English.
She works at our law office since 2015.
